Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Social Security Satisfaction On Basic Unit Government Trust

The report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out:"We should strengthen the government’s credibility and executive capacity,and build a service-oriented government that the people are satisfied with."The credibility and executive power of the government depend on people’s trust and support to the government.A High degree of government trust can consolidate the stability of political power,reduce the cost of administration,improve administrative efficiency,and achieve social stability and development.As an institutional arrangement to adjust income gap,promote social equity and ensure social and economic development,social security may affect people’s trust in the government directly.With the establishment of the largest social security system in the world in China,the political function of the social security system has also attracted the attention of researchers,and the influence mechanism of the social security system on government trust has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of public management.This paper argues that social security satisfaction has a positive effect on government trust,which may play a role through economic rationality mechanism and social gain mechanism.Based on CSS2017 data,this paper explores the relationship between public social security satisfaction and basic unit government trust by means of descriptive statistical analysis,regression model analysis and mediating effect test.The empirical research results show that the current social security satisfaction and basic unit government trust in China are at a high level,and there is a significant positive correlation between the two.On the satisfaction of social security for the government trust mechanism,the influence of social gain mechanism is verified,the mechanism of economic rationality is not verified,this shows that social security in our country,the degree of satisfaction of government trust mechanism,the influence of social justice has played an important role,at the same time also should know,although the economic rational mechanism mediating role of the status identification is not verified,but the status identification data analysis results show that the trust of basic unit government in social security satisfaction affects the potentially weakening in the effect,this means that although the grabbing effect did not appear,there are still some hidden risks.According to the research results,this paper has the following enlightenment:first,the government has the responsibility and confidence to lead the reform of the social security system.The government supply of social security does not mean conservative and low efficiency.If the government provides high-quality social security for the people,it can also gain the trust of the people.Second,the social security system must always adhere to the core concept of fairness,should further eliminate the professional identity differences in the social security system,and enhance the level of government trust through the enhancement of people’s sense of social justice.Three is the construction of social security system to always adhere to the people-oriented,pay attention to improve and public feeling is closely related to the social security service quality directly,but also the reasonable allocation of social security responsibility sharing,and guide people to set up the reasonable expectations of social security,in the process of the system construction into the government trust,prevent the occurrence of grabbing effect.
