Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of "Internet+Real Estate Registration" Management In S City

The rapid development and wide application of Internet technology have had a profound impact on China’s industrial development,technology application and government services.As a real estate registration work that protects the vital interests of the people,it is also constantly changing and transforming under the new normal.This model focuses on promoting the integration and development of offline physical government service halls and online network services,not only improving the quality and efficiency of real estate registration work,achieving convenience for the people and enterprises,but also providing assistance for the implementation of the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on "building a regional economic layout and land space system with complementary advantages and high-quality development".Taking S City Real Estate Registration Center as the research carrier,this paper focuses on the problems of S City Real Estate Registration Center in the management process of "Internet plus+Real Estate Registration",deeply analyzes the causes of the problems and proposes countermeasures for specific reasons.This paper first defines the main concepts involved in this paper,such as real estate ownership,real estate registration,"Internet plus+real estate registration","Internet plus+real estate registration" management,by consulting literature and factual news,determining the research content and design research methods,and then elaborates the historical changes and implementation effects of the management model of "Internet plus+real estate registration" in S City,this paper uses the "seamless government" theory and the new public management theory to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the implementation process of "Internet plus+Real Estate Registration" management in S City through questionnaires,on-site interviews and access to internal data,and finds that there are management gaps in data integration,platform construction,information security and personnel efficiency,Then,by constantly exploring and analyzing the reasons for the above management gaps,such as the difficulty in resolving the"crux" of decentralized registration,the lack of normative standards for information sharing,the imperfection of the regulatory system,and the lack of information awareness,the author finally puts forward four countermeasures to optimize the management of "Internet plus real estate registration" in S City:first,optimize resource integration;Second,improve platform construction;Third,strengthen the construction of information security system;Fourth,strengthen team building.Through the above research and analysis,I hope to help S City Real Estate Registration Center improve its management level and provide a fast,convenient,and safe working environment for the business people.I hope this study has universal significance and can provide reference for other cities.The Internet is the product of social development and progress,and the representative of advanced production relations.The Internet is also a new space for our production and life.Internet technology has been fully integrated into social production and life."Internet plus+real estate registration",as an important content of"Internet+government services",is the development direction of real estate registration in the Internet space.By integrating big data technology,artificial intelligence and other Internet technologies into the work of "Internet plus+Real Estate Registration",we will continue to promote the optimization and upgrading of real estate registration services in S City,providing a practical basis for building a service-oriented government that meets the needs of social development in the information age.
