| In the context of building a service-oriented government,with the promotion of the reform of "decentralization,management,and service",the requirements for government services are also increasing.In 2015,China began to issue a series of national standards such as the "Operation Specifications for Government Service Centers" and the "Work Guide for Standardization of Government Service Centers".Government departments have increasingly attached importance to using government service standardization as an effective means of innovating government governance models.In 2022,with the issuance of the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Standardization,Standardization,and Facilitation of Government Service" by the State Council,the construction of government service standardization has become an important way to improve the level of government service.On the basis of clarifying the relevant definitions of government service standardization,under the guidance of service-oriented government theory and new public service theory,using literature research,case analysis,and interview methods,this article takes the real estate transaction registration hall in Area A of Suzhou City as the research target,and analyze the current situation of its standardization construction from four aspects:service facilities,service specifications,business processes,and supervision and evaluation.It is found that there are still imperfect service facilities Service standards are still not sound,business processes are not optimized enough,and supervision and evaluation are relatively weak.Based on this,a cause analysis was conducted and it was found that the reasons for the above problems include the absence of unified organizational leadership,the lack of planning for service facilities,the shortage of talents in service specifications,the lack of system design concepts,and insufficient attention to supervision and evaluation.Based on the actual situation of the work,five countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,namely,strengthening unified leadership in the construction of government service standardization,optimizing the planning and supply of government service facilities,strengthening the construction of qualified personnel for government service standardization,promoting the coordination of government service business,and improving the supervision and evaluation mechanism for government service.Through these suggestions,we hope to help promote the standardization of government services in the real estate transaction registration hall in Zone A of Suzhou City,and improve the quality of government services. |
