Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Vocational School Students’ Employment Service Based On The Perspective Of New Public Service

Technical schools are the base to provide basic skilled talents for the country.Over the years,China has mainly trained the following skilled personnel,namely,grass-roots workers,production personnel and service workers.Through the cultivation of their knowledge,skill proficiency,quality and other aspects,the school provides talents for social development in all aspects of morality,intelligence,physical,beauty and labor.At the same time,the school has achieved good development in the process of cultivating skilled talents.However,due to the change of market demand and the continuous expansion of the enrollment rate,under the increasingly difficult job market and the increasingly fierce job competition,due to the influence of age,knowledge accumulation,social experience,family education and other aspects,the graduates of technical schools from the relatively disadvantaged employment disadvantaged groups have complex employment psychology,which has had an impact on normal employment,At present,the vocational education system of technical schools cannot adapt to the new policies and changes of the country.Technical schools are generally facing greater pressure,and many schools are already facing related difficulties.This paper takes Guangxi DZ Advanced Technical School as the research object,adopts the methods of literature research,investigation research,case study and other methods to study the problems and countermeasures of student employment service,and lays a theoretical foundation for this study by understanding the technical school,employment service,new public service theory and employment service theory.Based on the actual situation of Guangxi DZ Senior Technical School,first of all,we understand the school situation from three aspects:school profile,basic information of students,and professional settings.In combination with employment service management organization,employment situation and characteristics,and employment service related measures,we analyze the current employment situation of students in Guangxi DZ Senior Technical School,and describe the current construction of employment service system of Guangxi DZ Senior Technical School,which mainly includes rich service content Strengthen students’ entrepreneurship education and improve policies and measures.Then,combined with the questionnaire,we conducted a survey on the employment services of students and summarized the problems in employment services,including the lack of employment service resources,the low professionalism of employment guidance personnel,the imperfect employment service working mechanism and the weakening of school enterprise cooperation.Further analysis of the reasons,the main causes are insufficient support of employment services resources,weak employment guidance teachers,long-term neglect of working mechanism construction and lack of cooperation enthusiasm of enterprises.Finally,based on the above summary and analysis,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employment service of students in Guangxi DZ Senior Technical School,including improving the student employment security support,improving the quality of employment service education in technical schools,constantly improving the employment service mechanism and strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises.Through the above countermeasures and suggestions,we can help Guangxi DZ Senior Technical School improve the student employment service.
