| The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of vocational education.The National Implementation Plan for Vocational Education Reform(2019)places equal importance on general education and vocational education,which fully demonstrates the importance of vocational education.The 2021 government work report emphasized the importance of school enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education in vocational education.Focusing on how to improve the quality of vocational education,China issued the Opinions on Promoting the High Quality Development of Modern Vocational Education in 2021,emphasizing the necessity of vocational education reform,pointing out the importance of innovating the mechanism of school enterprise cooperation in running schools,and actively encouraging vocational schools to innovate in the form of running schools.The development of vocational education has become a key concern of the country and the government.Taking City C as an example,this paper studies the problems and solutions of school enterprise cooperation in vocational education,which is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education in China.This paper systematically combs the current situation and relevant theoretical basis of the research on school enterprise cooperation in vocational education at home and abroad through the literature analysis method,and finds that the existing research mainly focuses on interests,policies,education models,teacher construction and other aspects,with less research on specific cases and local operational policies;This paper conducts a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with vocational schools and enterprises in City C,which shows that school enterprise cooperation is highly motivated but difficult to promote,school enterprise cooperation is not in-depth,enterprises do not participate in curriculum design,enterprises pay too much attention to interests and other issues;By using the comparative analysis method,this paper analyzes the advanced experience of school enterprise cooperation in vocational education at home and abroad,and finds that the school enterprise cooperation in vocational education in developed countries is a model led by the government and promoted by many parties,which promotes the linkage mechanism between government,enterprises and schools,and a complete system has been formed in terms of policies and regulations,cooperation mechanism,qualification certification,etc.On this basis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the school enterprise cooperation in vocational education,mainly including: clarifying the government’s responsibilities in the school enterprise cooperation,urging the government to perform its responsibilities to promote the school enterprise cooperation;Strengthen the leading role of the government,make overall planning,and assume the bridge responsibility of school enterprise cooperation;Perfect the policy guarantee,protect and limit the rights of schools and enterprises;In the aspect of finance,we should guarantee the proportion of investment in school enterprise cooperation,expand the scope of incentives,and stimulate endogenous power;Improve the vocational education certification system to lay a foundation for school enterprise cooperation;We should deepen the degree of cooperation in vocational education,strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises in production,teaching and research,strengthen the construction of a "double qualified" team,and jointly improve the level of students.Through government leadership,schools and enterprises closely interact to promote the high-quality development of vocational education in City C,create a long-term cooperation mechanism,and deliver high-quality fresh troops for economic and social development. |
