Human resource is an important resource in the complicated international competition,which directly affects China’s international influence.As an important means of talent education,secondary vocational education has been gradually attached importance in recent years.Due to historical reasons and people’s deviation from the concept of vocational education,Jinan’s secondary vocational education has a series of social problems,such as low overall development level,low sense of responsibility of vocational education practitioners,and low learning enthusiasm of students.Most of the school-running models of the secondary vocational schools in Jinan are committed to school-enterprise cooperation and strive to cultivate new talents with excellent practice and theory.However,due to the influence of policies,concepts and other factors,the implementation of the school-running mode of the combination of production and education is not complete,and even gradually began to affect the economic development of Jinan.This study is committed to in-depth discussion and cause analysis of the problems existing in the school-running mode of secondary vocational education in Jinan,and gives corresponding solutions to promote the reform of the school-running mode.Starting from the current situation of the school running mode of secondary vocational education in Jinan,this paper adopts the methods of literature search,questionnaire survey and interview,and conducts field investigation and interview on the school running mode of secondary vocational schools in Jinan,focusing on the problems and causes of the current school running mode of secondary vocational schools.At present,there are a series of problems in the school-running mode of secondary vocational schools in Jinan,such as insufficient and unbalanced government investment,small enrollment,unbalanced school layout,poor teaching enthusiasm of teachers,and poor learning consciousness of students.The insufficient and unbalanced government investment indicates that there is a deviation in the development direction of secondary vocational colleges,resulting in the long-term inherent problems that cannot be improved.The small number of enrollment and the uneven distribution of schools have affected the development and reform of secondary vocational schools.Poor teaching enthusiasm of teachers and poor learning consciousness of students will affect the development of secondary vocational education in Jinan,and will reduce social recognition.Based on the relevant theoretical analysis and the summary of relevant literature,the study believes that the reasons for the problems in the current school running mode are that the government does not pay enough attention to vocational education,the characteristics and advantages of secondary vocational education are not obvious enough,secondary vocational teachers lack a sense of achievement,and students have insufficient understanding of secondary vocational education.In order to promote the reform of the linear school-running mode of secondary vocational education in Jinan,this paper proposes corresponding strategies for the current problems in combination with the advanced school-running mode of secondary vocational education at home and abroad,including promoting the diversified development of vocational education and strengthening the combination of production and education to promote the development of secondary vocational schools;Highlight the school-running characteristics of secondary vocational schools,make them more attractive to students,and strengthen the social competitiveness of secondary vocational education;Improve the teaching team and improve the teaching enthusiasm to build a "double qualified" teaching team and improve the teaching level;Strengthen students’ self-cognition,develop in many ways,and improve their social competitiveness.The innovation of this study is mainly reflected in the research content and research program.For the research content,this paper puts forward a series of feasible innovation strategies for the school-running mode of secondary vocational education based on the current economic situation and the actual situation of talent shortage in Jinan.It also makes up for the gap in the study of school running mode of secondary vocational education in Jinan.In terms of the research plan,the problems pointed out in this paper,the research methods adopted and the strategies proposed are in line with the current actual situation of Jinan,with obvious characteristics of the times and strong operability.At the same time,this paper also has some shortcomings.Limited to the small number of practical cases and literature studies of secondary vocational education in Jinan,the accuracy and completeness of the study may be affected.In addition,the questionnaire survey and interview work are also affected by sampling,and there may be deviations,which can not be perfect. |
