Research On Student Safety Management Problems And Countermeasures Of MS Vocational And Technical College Under Closed Management

Student safety management is an important part of education in higher vocational colleges.With the progress of the country and the development of society,the country attaches more and more importance to the development of higher vocational colleges.Due to the higher vocational college enrollment expanding,various types of students,and students in complicated cases,such as social environment variable,make higher vocational college students’ safety accidents occur repeatedly in recent years,safety management on high vocational students are also put forward higher request,in order to guarantee the safety of the students,many colleges and universities adopted a closed-end management pattern to manage students,However,such a management model has also brought many problems that need to be solved.In this paper,based on the author’s practical work and experience,through the research on the student safety management of MS Vocational and technical College(hereinafter referred to as MS vocational College),field investigation,questionnaire,literature reference methods for the creation of the paper.The research is mainly carried out from the following aspects: one is to systematically understand the domestic and foreign research status of student safety management in vocational colleges under closed management through investigation and inquiry of relevant information;The second is to study and investigate the students’ safety management of MS Vocational and technical College under the closed management,and obtain first-hand data;Thirdly,the deficiencies and reasons of the students’ safety management system in vocational colleges under closed management are analyzed.Fourthly,suggestions are put forward for students’ safety management in vocational colleges under closed management to further improve the content of safety management.Through the investigation of the school,it is found that there are diversified student safety management problems in the school.In view of the above problems,the following suggestions are put forward based on relevant domestic and foreign experience in student safety management: Build the campus safety management system,many measures and strengthen safety education,give play to the important role of family and society This article innovation is based on the closed management as a starting point,to higher vocational college students as the research object,according to previous research,research on closed-end management of higher vocational college students’ safety is less;Secondly,the data used in this paper are completely from the survey data of student safety management,which has the characteristics of first-hand data and can obtain more accurate information from the data.Finally,the country is vigorously developing vocational education.In this environment,the safety of students in vocational education plays a pivotal role,so this topic has a certain epochal nature...
