| At present,the main groups engaged in voluntary service in our country are retirees,self-employed workers and college students.Because these people have more time,retired people have more social experience,the material conditions of individual businesses are relatively better,while college students are full of vitality and creativity.In the process of carrying out volunteer service activities,they can not only give full play to their own advantages,but also learn from each other,complement each other,and the volunteer service activities carried out by them have also been praised by all sectors of society.As an important part of national education,secondary vocational schools should combine with their own characteristics of running schools and the actual needs of students,earnestly study the relevant documents issued by the relevant departments of the CPC Central Committee and actively implement them.It is understood that the normalization and target of volunteer activities in secondary vocational schools in China is not perfect,and there is no clear laws and regulations to guarantee how to guide students to volunteer activities.The research on the current situation of volunteer service in secondary vocational schools has both research space and challenge.Through the investigation and research on the present situation of voluntary service in three secondary vocational schools in Dongguan,it will strengthen the theoretical construction of voluntary service in the future.Based on school governance and the healthy and orderly development of student volunteer work,this paper uses the methods of interview,observation and questionnaire as the main research methods.For the problems,I will be based on the current status of volunteer services in vocational schools,a detailed analysis.After summing up the relevant issues,launched a corresponding countermeasure study,and put forward reasonable,with strong practical significance of the proposal.At the level of voluntary activities,the state should have a standardized and orderly system as the backing,the community should give some support to secondary vocational schools to take various forms of voluntary activities,while secondary vocational schools should strengthen guidance and management,such as guiding students to participate in voluntary activities,and schools should strengthen the understanding of students’ voluntary services. |
