Research On Emergency Management Of Public Security Incidents

With the increasingly fierce international and domestic competition,social and economic development is facing unprecedented challenges.Electronic information technology,political diversification and economic development globalization have brought many problems and challenges to public security in China.In the 7.28 incident,the people of S city made a confrontation with the government to protect the environment of their hometown.Problems such as the lack of overall joint power cause us to think about how to effectively deal with sudden accidents,improve the disposal efficiency,and reduce the harm and loss caused by accidents,which is a difficult problem we need to solve.The construction of an intelligent emergency management platform,the formulation of emergency response plans,unified command,joint actions,and increased accident response speed have comprehensively improved the government’s ability to deal with and solve various public emergencies and prevent and control security risks,ensuring the safety of life and property of the general public.It promoted the rapid,stable,healthy and harmonious development of our national economy and social politics.In particular,the 7.28 incident is taken as an example,and the following four problems exist in the process of public safety emergency management in S City are deeply analyzed:working methods and means have certain limitations,norms and systems have not played a due role in restraint,laws and regulations are imperfect,and operating mechanisms and institutional efficiency are low.The main reasons are the imperfect construction of emergency plan management system,the lack of innovation in emergency management methods,the insufficient emergency response ability of social forces,and the imperfect legal guarantee of emergency management.The analysis and research of this paper aims to provide useful reference and practical guidance for S City to deal with public security incidents in the future,so as to improve the ability of S City’s public security incident emergency management.
