Study On The Management Of Emergency Plan For Emergency In My Country’s Metro

At present,my country’s subway construction has entered the era of great leapfrogging,and the number of subway construction cities and lines is rapidly increasing.While the subway has brought convenience to people’s travel,it has also become a densely populated area with a huge flow of people.Due to the particularity of the subway operating space,once an emergency occurs during the operation of the subway,and there is no complete,detailed,and scientific prior.The response mechanisms and measures will have serious adverse effects on personal safety and property,the benign operation of the subway,and the orderly development of the city’s economy.However,if the subway emergencies are proactively directed against the subway emergencies that may occur,scientific and effective response plans and mechanisms are formulated before the subway emergencies occur,and when the subway emergencies occur,the subway emergencies can be dealt with scientifically and efficiently to reduce.The losses caused by subway emergencies can ensure the people’s personal safety and property safety to the greatest extent,and maintain public safety and social interests.Therefore,it is urgent to study the management of emergency plans for subway emergencies.This article starts from the concepts of subway emergencies and emergency plans,combined with crisis management 4R theory,risk society theory and other theories,and combs the status quo of emergency plan management for subway emergencies,and finds out the current emergency plans for subway emergencies in China.In the management,there are problems such as the low quality of the text prepared for the emergency plan for subway emergencies,the inadequate publicity of the plan,and the serious formalization of the drill.The reasons for these problems are the neglect of the importance of emergency plan management and the lack of unified leadership.The emergency response plan management agency,emergency response plan drills did not play the role of training,and the lack of supervision on emergency response plan revisions,etc.,and then borrowed from the policies and measures of some countries with earlier subway development and emergency response plan management in place,and proposed that they are suitable for China’s subway emergencies.Suggestions and measures to improve the management of emergency plans for emergencies,vigorously strengthen the construction of high-quality and high-speed subway emergency plans,make the content of emergency plans more detailed and specific,promote the scientific development process of emergency plans for subway emergencies in China,and improve subway emergencies.The scientificity and operability of emergency plan management provide a strong guarantee for the high-speed and high-quality development of China’s subway.
