| Only by giving priority to rural development can we comprehensively promote rural revitalization.As one of the important contents of rural revitalization,the governance of rural living environment is not only of great significance to rural production and life,but also related to rural people’s longing for a better life.In recent years,the rural living environment has been greatly improved through a series of actions such as the improvement of the living environment and the construction of beautiful countryside.However,there are many aspects and subjects involved in the governance of rural human settlement environment.In practice,there are still problems such as weak infrastructure and absence of farmers.It is still a practical problem to deal with the shortcomings of rural living environment.This paper takes T village of Wuxi City,an administrative village,as the research object.By using literature research method,semi-structured interview method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods,it sorts out the basic practices adopted in the governance of T village’s human settlement environment,and analyzes the problems existing in the governance process.It is found that there are some problems in the human settlement environment governance of T village in Wuxi City,such as lack of villagers’ subjectivity,poor long-term governance effect,unbalanced overall governance effect and unsound infrastructure.Combining the theory of collaborative governance and the theory of stakeholders,the causes of the problems are summarized as weak relationship between rural communities,inadequate policy publicity,uneven environmental awareness,dislocation of supply and demand of environmental governance,and single financing channels.And put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
