Study On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Skill Training Willingness In Dejiang County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Rural revitalization is an important strategy of the current national development,Rural scientific and technological talents are an important cornerstone of rural revitalizatio.Therefore,Studying the influencing factors of the skill training willingness of farmers in Dejiang County is helpful to formulate targeted policies and measures,improve the skill level of farmers and stimulate the vitality of talents,which is of great significance to realize the rural revitalization strategy.The sample in this paper is a sample of farmers from 12 administrative villages in six townships in Dejiang County,Tongren,Guizhou province,methods of literature study,questionnaire interview,descriptive statistics and logistic model regression analysis were used.Secondly,the main problems in skills training of Dejiang County’s farmers are analyzed from the following aspects:insufficient awareness of farmers’ participation in skills training,lack of training policies,weak publicity,weak capacity of trainers,lack of pertinence of training contents and forms,and aging of training objects.Then,six main factors,including agricultural income,age,training experience,farmland area,training content and training cost,affect the willingness of farmers in Dejiang County to participate in agricultural skills training to different degrees.In the end,it provides targeted some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the willingness of Dejiang County farmers to participate in skills training.First,to improve the farmers’ understanding of the training work;second,to improve the training support work;the third is to improve the training publicity;the fourth is to enrich the content and form of training;the fifth is to improve the quality and strength of training;and the sixth is to promote the employment integration reform of rural labor force.The ultimate goal is to better understand the local farmers training needs and other status quo,in order to better organize the training later,achieve the best training effect.
