Research On The Formation And Influencing Factors Of Four Different Paths For Rural Revitalization Subjects To Go To The Countryside In Gushi County

Promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way is an important task of building a powerful agricultural country in the new era.Among them,the revitalization of rural talents is the most subjective and dynamic.How to make the countryside more dynamic,how to ensure the total amount of rural population and population quality balance,ecological balance,need innovative ways to develop the rural areas.This paper selects Gushi County of Xinyang City as the research area,Gushi county rural migration population increased,so that the rural elderly left-behind,lax organization and other problems prominent,resulting in no inheritance of rural civilization,no enjoyment of ecological environment and no support for organization construction.Therefore,on the basis of the urban-rural equivalence movement,push-pull theory and rural living space theory,this paper will let the urban residents in the main body of Rural Revitalization go to the countryside,let the rural urban workers retire and return home,let the rural migrant workers or college students return home,let the rural permanent population stay in the countryside,and let the main body of Rural Revitalization play its value in the countryside.To sum up,"going to the countryside","returning to the countryside","going back countryside" and "staying in the countryside" are the four ways for Rural Revitalization groups to go to the countryside.This paper studies the influencing factors of the willingness of Rural Revitalization subjects in Gushi County to live or work in rural areas to reflect the influencing factors and problems encountered in the formation process of the four ways,so as to guide more people to go to rural areas and develop rural areas.In this paper,the questionnaire survey method is used to understand the personal situation,family situation,rural cognition and other issues of the respondents,and the data are sorted out through descriptive statistical analysis.Finally,18 independent variables are selected.We study the influence factors on the willingness of different paths to participate in rural life or work,adopt the method of binary logistic empirical analysis,and draw the research findings and conclusions as follows: There is a trend that the life of urban population will turn to rural areas;rural workers value the rural policy;rural migrant workers and college students return to the entrepreneurial environment and ability;Rural migrant workers and college students care about entrepreneurial environment and ability when they return home.and the support and implementation of government policies have a significant impact on all kinds of subjects to the countryside.To sum up,most people are willing to live or work in rural areas,but few people are really in rural areas.Their willingness is greater than action.Therefore,In order to attract more excellent talents in the countryside,some suggestions are put forward:change the ideology of the rural population,improve the quality of the population;improve the market-oriented allocation of rural elements,accelerate the development of rural economy;provide government assistance and increase publicity;establish and improve the encouragement mechanism to stimulate the enthusiasm of the masses to participate.
