Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Campus Safety Management In Guangxi J Higher Vocational Colleges

Campus safety management is an important part of school management,which is the premise and guarantee to ensure the orderly development of various activities in the school.With the continuous development of higher education,the scale of college enrollment continues to expand,the types of college students and the levels of running schools continue to enrich,and the connection between college campus and society is increasingly frequent and close,which brings new challenges to the campus security management of colleges and universities.From media reports and literature review,it is not difficult to find that current college campus security accidents occur from time to time(such as fire,theft,gang fights,alcohol abuse,telecommunications fraud,psychological security,etc.),which seriously endanger the lives and property of teachers and students,have a negative impact on the construction of a safe campus,and bring new challenges to the campus security management of higher vocational colleges.Security is no trivial matter.The research in the field of campus security management in colleges and universities deserves the attention of researchers.This paper takes Guangxi J higher vocational colleges as the research object.On the premise of clarifying the concept,based on the theory of collaborative governance,the theory of comprehensive reasons and the theory of human-oriented management,it investigates and analyzes the current situation of campus security management in Guangxi J higher vocational colleges by using literature research method,investigation research method,case study method and experience summary method.Put forward the problems existing in campus security management of J vocational colleges in Guangxi,and analyze the main reasons leading to these problems.Finally,through learning the safety management experience of other colleges at home and abroad,combined with the reality of J vocational colleges in Guangxi,put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.The paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which expounds the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research content,methods and ideas,etc.The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical basis,on the basis of defining the three basic concepts of safety,safety management and campus safety management in higher vocational colleges,using the theory of collaborative governance,comprehensive cause theory and the mechanism of people-oriented management theory,analyze the supporting role of the theory to campus safety management,and then discuss the characteristics of campus safety management in higher vocational colleges and the necessity of campus safety management.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of campus security management in J higher vocational colleges in Guangxi.Based on the description of the basic situation and the general situation of campus security management in J higher vocational colleges in Guangxi,the questionnaire and interview outline are designed to investigate some teachers and students in J higher vocational colleges in Guangxi and analyze the investigation results.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and causes of campus security management in J higher vocational colleges in Guangxi.Combined with the investigation results of the previous chapter,it puts forward the main existence of campus security management in J higher vocational colleges in Guangxi: Problems such as insufficient safety management effectiveness,insufficient safety supervision,insufficient safety awareness,insufficient hidden danger screening,and insufficient emergency response ability of teachers and students are analyzed.The main reasons for these problems are as follows:Safety management work is low degree of information,the number of security personnel is limited and insufficient ability,safety education innovation is insufficient,safety risk assessment and hidden trouble screening mechanism is not perfect,emergency management mechanism is not perfect,etc.In the fifth chapter,in order to strengthen the countermeasures and suggestions of the campus security management of J higher vocational colleges in Guangxi,based on the aforementioned investigation and analysis of the reasons,combined with the actual situation of J higher vocational colleges in Guangxi,the feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,namely,the construction of the campus security management mode of "one platform,two teams,three mechanisms,four transformations".The application and optimization of the campus safety management mode has important reference significance for strengthening the campus safety management and improving the management efficiency of J higher vocational colleges in Guangxi.The constructed campus security management mode of "one platform,two teams,three mechanisms and four transformations" can also provide practical reference for similar colleges.Campus safety management is a systematic project,which requires not only the high attention of the school,but also the full cooperation of all departments of the school and the active participation of teachers and students.The purpose of this paper is to explore the practical campus security management model suitable for Guangxi J vocational colleges,and to provide practical reference for similar colleges.
