At present,according to the need of development and economic transition in our country,the demand for technical talents increases gradually,and the quality requirements for technical talents also increase continuously.Training of higher vocational talents is directly related to the effect of industrial transformation and upgrading of our country,and higher vocational colleges are the main places of skill training,which further echoes the policy call of the country,namely,integration of production and education is an effective way to train talents in higher vocational colleges.Vocational education based on the concept of integration of industry and education is the innovative technical personnel training mode and system which has been explored for many years.It integrates and coordinates resources between the government,vocational schools and enterprises to improve the efficiency and quality of personnel training and promote the high-quality and quantitative development of vocational education talents.After explaining the theories of production-education integration and personnel training in higher vocational colleges,this paper gives a statistical explanation of the number and scale of higher vocational colleges in Weifang,Shandong Province,and expounds the current personnel training mode,and describes the relevant policies and regulations.By selecting three different higher vocational colleges and analyzing their current talent training methods and production-education integration,the implementation of the production-education integration training mode in Shandong Province and Weifang City is understood.By using the questionnaire method,this paper investigates and analyzes the specialty setting,curriculum arrangement,teacher allocation,practice and school-enterprise cooperation of some higher vocational colleges in Weifang City,Shandong Province.The statistical results show that junior students are generally satisfied with various policies and training plans of the school,and students of different grades are not satisfied with the effect of the integration of industry and education.Then,based on the survey results,this paper analyzes the current problems and causes of production-education integrated training in higher vocational colleges in Weifang,Shandong Province,from the three dimensions of schools,governments and enterprises.The specific problems include the dislocation between the production-education integrated training mode and the current teaching system in higher vocational colleges,and the government’s failure to give play to the guiding position of the production-education integrated training mode.Enterprises in the integration of production and education personnel training mode of enthusiasm to improve.In the aspect of attribution analysis,it mainly includes the weak ability of talent training results in colleges and universities to adapt to industrial enterprises,the imperfect top-level design and support system of industry-education integration,and the failure to play the synergistic role in vocational education.Finally,according to the current problems and causes of the talent training mode of higher vocational colleges in Weifang,Shandong Province,this paper puts forward the relevant problems,the school level needs to improve the quality of education,optimize the teaching mode and education resources;At the government level,we need to improve laws and systems,strengthen financial security and supervision.At the enterprise level,it is necessary to strengthen corporate responsibilities and cooperate with the win-win training mode of talents. |
