| General Secretary Xi Jinping once said,"No matter how The Times change,we must always respect and respect workers,and always pay attention to the role of the working class and working people as the main force." As a shining industrial province in history,Heilongjiang has produced countless outstanding workers and role models,such as Wang Jinxi,Ma Yongshun,Ma Hengchang,Wang Qimin,etc.Heilongjiang workers represented by these examples not only created rich material production results,but also left precious spiritual wealth.The spirit of excellent workers in Heilongjiang Province is the great spirit with regional characteristics and class characteristics created by excellent workers in Heilongjiang Province.It has certain theoretical and practical significance for flourishing the research content of Heilongjiang characteristic culture,motivating and driving the vast Heilongjiang working class to strive for the all-round revitalization of Heilongjiang Province in the new era and on the new journey.Under the guidance of Marxist classical writers and the theory of working class ideological and political education and advanced nature of Chinese Communists,this study fully absorbs the relevant research results of domestic experts and scholars on the spirit of the Chinese working class,the excellent regional spirit of Heilongjiang Province and the construction of industrial workers,and draws on the reasonable viewpoints of foreign model workers,craftsman spirit and skilled talent team construction.Comprehensive use of literature analysis method,historical research method,interview method,case study method and other research methods,on the basis of careful definition of related concepts,has laid a scientific basis for cultivating the spirit of excellent workers in Heilongjiang Province.Firstly,taking the spirit of the Chinese working class and the excellent regional spirit of Heilongjiang Province as a theoretical framework,combined with the specific practice of the outstanding workers’ representatives in various lines of Heilongjiang Province,this paper explores and refines the connotation of the four aspects of the excellent workers’ spirit of Heilongjiang Province,and deduces the distinct characteristics of the four aspects and the functions of the three aspects.Secondly,the paper analyzes the problems and causes of the cultivation of excellent workers’ spirit in Heilongjiang Province,and searches the problems in the cultivation of subject,object,medium,ring and four levels.It is found that the ideological and political work of workers in Heilongjiang Province is not deep enough,the spirit of excellent workers in Heilongjiang Province needs to be boosted,the ideological and political work of workers in some enterprises in Heilongjiang province is not attractive,and the cultivation of the spirit of excellent workers in Heilongjiang province is affected by the negative effects of the market economy.The reason is that the main body of the cultivation work has insufficient ability to carry out the ideological and political work of workers.At the object level of cultivating work,the sense of ownership of some workers in Heilongjiang Province declined.At the level of cultivation medium,the content and method of cultivation work need to be improved.At the ring level of cultivation work,it is urgent to build the cultivation environment.Finally,following the scientific laws of ideological and political education,this paper analyzes four basic countermeasures for cultivating the spirit of excellent workers in Heilongjiang Province: the government and enterprises enhance the ability and quality of workers’ ideological and political work to enhance the subject’s initiative.The government and enterprises focus on improving the protection of workers’ treatment,stimulating workers’ self-education ability to boost the object initiative,and the government and enterprises focus on improving the content and methods of cultivating the spirit of Heilongjiang Excellent workers to enhance the scientific medium,the joint efforts of the government and enterprises and the society to optimize the environment of cultivating the spirit of Heilongjiang excellent workers to take advantage of the inventiveness of the environment. |
