| Model workers are outstanding representatives of advanced models in our country.The model workers spirit of "love their jobs,strive to be first-class,work hard,dare to innovate,be indifferent to fame and fortune,and be willing to contribute" created by the broad masses of model workers is to inspire the broad masses of working people to forge ahead into a new era and open up The majestic power of the new journey.Cultivating the spirit of Chinese model workers in the new era is of great significance for adhering to the guiding ideology of Marxism,strengthening the ideological and political education of employees,and rallying China’s strength,so as to achieve the second centenary goal.Affected by many factors such as the complex social environment and the imperfect cultivation mechanism,the cultivation of the spirit of Chinese model workers in the new era is facing challenges.This article takes the cultivation of the spirit of Chinese model workers in the new era as the research goal,and proposes specific countermeasures for cultivating and promoting the spirit of Chinese model workers in the new era.This article is divided into four parts: The first chapter starts from the background of topic selection and research significance of cultivating the spirit of model workers in China in the new era,analyzes and sorts out the current research on the spirit of model workers at home and abroad,and states the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter combs the origin of the model-worker spirit and the theoretical basis for the production of the model-worker spirit.It mainly analyzes the theoretical resources of the model-worker spirit from three aspects: the Marxist view of labor,the outstanding traditional labor virtues of the Chinese nation,and the Chinese Communists’ expositions on the spirit of the model workers.Systematic discussion.It further analyzes and summarizes the connotation of the spirit of model workers in the new era,and discusses the significance of cultivating the spirit of Chinese model workers in the new era.The third chapter explores the problems and reasons in the cultivation of the spirit of Chinese model workers in the new era.With the great attention of the party and the country,the work of cultivating the spirit of model workers in China in the new era has achieved remarkable results,but the cultivating work still faces many problems.The youth’s recognition of the spirit of model workers is not high,the cultivation culture is not strong,and the cultivation is targeted.There is a need to strengthen and cultivate the coordination mechanism to be improved,and the government’s guarantee mechanism for the cultivation of model workers is not sound,the society and the media do not promote the spirit of model workers,the school does not pay enough attention to the cultivation of the spirit of model workers,and the awareness of the cultivation of the spirit of model workers in family education is not strong.Factors such as these are the main reasons for the problems in the cultivation of the spirit of Chinese model workers in the new era.The fourth chapter puts forward the path to cultivate the spirit of Chinese model workers in the new era.First,the government must establish a sound model worker spirit training system;secondly,the society must create a socialized environment that upholds the spirit of model workers;thirdly,schools must strengthen the cultivation of the spirit of model workers;and finally,families must pay attention to precepts and deeds,and inherit good family traditions. |
