Research On The Practical Path Of The Party Building Leading Rural Governance Community

The governance advantage of socialism with Chinese characteristics lies in the Communist Party of China,leading the coordinated development of national construction and social governance with the party’s political,organizational and mass work potential.Since ancient times,rural areas have always been the foundation of national construction and social governance.In the new era,under the background of the modernization of grassroots governance and rural revitalization,the Governance Subject,Governance Mechanism and Governance Goal has been changed,meaning that the governance structure of rural society has been facing a new construction dilemma.This page considers that the key to adjust and improve the current rural governance structure is forming a rural governance community of coconstruction,co-governance and sharing,of which the guidance of party building is the key element to reshape the rural governance structure.However,basing on the realistic scene of rural governance,how to understand the practical path of the Party building leading the rural governance community?How to understand the position and role of multiple governance subjects and multiple governance mechanisms in the process of rural governance?This paper researches on the route of Party building leading rural governance community,and adopts literature research,investigation research,cross-disciplinary research and other research methods,adhereing to the unification of theory and practice,history and logic,to deepen the understanding of the mutual relationship between Party building and rural governance community.Firstly,based on the existing research literature and materials,the analytical frame work of rural governance community is come up with.Secondly,this paper compartmentalizes the rural governance structure into three dimensions.From the third chapter to the fifth chapter,the three dimensions are discussed respectively.First,the vertical dimension of the rural governance community is the coordination between towns and villages.Second,the horizontal dimension of rural governance community is the village integration.Third,the social dimension of a rural governance community is the social synergy.Finally,chapter six shows specific cases of rural governance which are presented to enrich the practical path research of the rural governance community led by Party building.
