Research On The Construction Of Multi-ethnic Embedded Community For Poverty Alleviation

China is a unified multi-ethnic country,and the relations among all ethnic groups affect national unity and social stability.Ethnic embedded is not only a way to understand and recognize the relations among nationalities in the new era,but also a new form of the development of relations among nationalities in the new era.At present,safeguarding ethnic equality and unity,promoting exchanges and integration among all ethnic groups,and fostering a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation are important tasks for comprehensively building a modern socialist country and promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation."All-round embeddedness "among all ethnic groups is an important way to promote exchanges and integration among all ethnic groups and forge a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation.In this paper,an ecological migrant village with rural establishment system in northern Ningxia is selected as the field point,and multi-ethnic "embedded community"(village)of poverty alleviation relocation in inhospitable areas is taken as the research object.On the basis of showing how to achieve"all-round embeddedness "among various ethnic groups,this paper further explores the theory and practical experience of multi-ethnic "embedded community" construction in poverty alleviation relocation in inhospitable areas.As an immigrant village formed by ecological migration in Ningxia,Miaomiaohu Village has a multi-ethnic population from different towns living in a community,gradually forming an inter-embeddedness development pattern in space,culture,economy,society,psychology and other fields.It is found that in the concrete practice of building ethnic inter-embeddedness community in Miaomiaohu Village,organizational leadership,economic security and value guidance constitute the main promotion path of ethnic interwoven communities,showing the main characteristics of state presence and self-organization,openness and inclusiveness,synchronization and symbiosis.In the inter-embedded development pattern of all ethnic groups,the trend of communication and integration among all ethnic groups in Miaomiaohu Village has been significantly enhanced,forming a village community of neighborhood watch,mutual help and sharing,and common interests.This paper aims to reflect the practice process of multi-ethnic community in an all-round way through the case analysis of Miaomiaohu Village.On this basis,the construction of multi-ethnic embedded community in Miaomiaohu Village is improved through three aspects:policy guarantee and village development,improvement of grass-roots governance system and governance modernization,and improvement of individual and family ability and quality,in order to provide innovative ideas and beneficial reference for the construction of ethnic interwoven community in Northwest China and even the whole country.
