Research On Smart Supervision Of Drug Safety In Ningxia

As a special commodity,the safety supervision of drugs is related to everyone’s physical health.In recent years,drug safety incidents have occurred from time to time,attracting widespread attention from the government and the public.A small pill of medicine,once turned into fake or substandard medicine,will lose its therapeutic effect and endanger people’s life safety.Therefore,with the development of information science and technology in the context of "blockchain,big data,artificial intelligence" and the support of national policies,with the fervent hope of the people and the high attention of government regulatory departments at all levels,smart drug safety supervision has become an urgent need and inevitable choice to address the contradiction between government,enterprises,and society in drug safety,solve the current difficulties in drug safety supervision,and improve people’s drug use experience.On December 30,2021,the website of the National Drug Administration released the "14th Five Year Plan for National Drug Safety and Promoting High Quality Development".The Plan clarifies the task of strengthening the smart regulatory system and capacity building.The Ningxia smart Drug Supervision Platform was officially put into operation on January 1,2020,opening a new era of smart drug safety supervision in Ningxia.This article applies government risk management theory and diversified governance theory,using literature research and field investigation methods to clarify the relevant concepts of intelligent drug safety supervision in Ningxia.It points out that the current practical difficulties include insufficient attention to risk management,low level of risk warning management,low efficiency of risk supervision,and the widespread phenomenon of single participants in intelligent supervision Insufficient allocation of intelligent supervision technology equipment and talent,and inadequate construction of intelligent supervision system.In response to the aforementioned difficulties,the following countermeasures are proposed:attach importance to risk management and strengthen risk warning mechanisms;Using technical means to accurately analyze risks;Implementing regulatory responsibilities and implementing full risk monitoring;Build a diversified regulatory body centered around the government,optimize the allocation of smart regulatory human resources,and guide drug companies to join the smart regulatory system.The aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for how to improve and enhance the service level after the initial implementation of smart drug safety supervision in Ningxia.
