Functional Positioning And Practical Application Of Smart Platform In Drug Rehabilitation Management

Drug rehabilitation is an important task to maintain social stability.In October2018,the Ministry of Justice deployed the construction of "digital law rule,smart justice " to accelerate the construction of smart drug rehabilitation.Women’s Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center of Jilin Province implemented and carried out smart drug rehabilitation work actively,built and put into use a smart platform rapidly.In this way,the effectiveness of drug rehabilitation management was improved.Through the research on the functional orientation and practical application of the smart platform,this study believes that the smart drug rehabilitation work of the women’s compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation center of Jilin Province is of great significance,and has reference value for the smart drug rehabilitation work of other places throughout the country.The main content of this paper focuses on the following aspects: The introduction part focuses on the background,significance,researching status at home and abroad,as well as my research content and methods.The first chapter explains the basic connotation of the core concept and introduces the theoretical basis of smart and technology governance.The second chapter is about the functional orientation and practical results of the smart platform of Jilin Women’s Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center(WIDRC)in drug treatment management,including the basic information of Jilin WIDRC,the business functions and the achievements of the smart platform in drug treatment management.The third chapter is about the problems and their causes of the smart platform of Jilin WIDRC in the drug treatment management.Through a variety of research methods,it points out the problems and shortcomings of this platform at the emergence stage,and it analyzes the causes of the problems from the government body,hardware equipment and other factors.The fourth chapter gives reasonable suggestions for strengthening the construction of the smart platform of Jilin WIDRC.The conclusion and outlook section explains that data is the basis of the smart platform,application is the essence of the smart platform,and the smart platform will play an important role in drug rehabilitation.
