Study On Drug Safety Supervision In Inner Mongolia

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made significant comments on drug supervision on many occasions,illustrating a series of great theories and practical issues about drug supervision in the new era.The report to the 20 th National Cogress of the CPC makes important arrangement on advancing Healthy China,tightening supervision over drug safety and promoting coordinated development and regulation of medical insurance,medical services,and pharmaceuticals.It should be profoundly realized that drug safety is the most basic component of public safety.To protect drug safety is not only technical,administrative,but also about morality and public support.Drug safety supervision is important to improve China’s system modernization,enhance capacity for governance and satisfy the people’s needs.Without modern drug supervision system,there will be neither modern medical industry system nor drug security of the people.It is of great importance to set drug safety supervision in Inner Mongolia as object of the study in both theory and practice.Theories on public administration application in drug safety supervion practice in Inner Mongolia can be enriched.Meanwhile,it is positve to promote and improve high-quality development of drug industry,capacity of drug safety supervision and governance,and drug supervision and governance system.Literatures on subject,object,methods of drug safety supervision are collected and sorted out.Drug safety supervisors from different departments are interviewed by means of semi-structured interview.Questionnaires are designed on the basis of collation of drug safety supervision problems in practical occasions.Basaed on researches hereinbefore,relevant data are analyzed and studied by means of data statistical analysis.There has been problems existed such as defects in setting and modes of supervision organizations,weakness in professional supervisors and teams,illogicality in supervised industry structures,scarce capacity in drug safety supervision techniques and so on.There has been scarce subjective understandings and restricting objective factors.By analyzing reasons caused by the two respects,strategies and suggestions are propounded for further strengthening the drug safety supervision in Inner Mongolia.
