Research On Fine Governance Of W Street Community

China is undergoing a period of rapid social development and economic transformation towards high-quality development.Due to the imbalanced and insufficient development,various contradictions have become prominent in grassroots society,and have brought more complex challenges to grassroots social governance.As the basic unit of social governance,community bears the important responsibility of Community Governance,which is an important part of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.The quality of Community Governance is directly related to the sense of gain and happiness of the majority of residents,and then affects social harmony and stability.The traditional extensive Community Governance model can no longer meet the growing needs of residents for diversified services,and refined community governance has become an inevitable choice.First,refined governance can straighten out the Community Governance system,clarify the relationship between power and responsibility,promote grassroots to reduce the burden,and build appropriate standards and assessment mechanisms to establish a scientific,efficient and accurate operating system.Secondly,the concept of refined governance requires putting people first,adhering to serving the masses,meeting the personalized needs of residents,and being more able to receive support and recognition from the masses.Once again,refined governance requires the joint participation of multiple entities and collaborative governance to achieve a pattern of joint construction,governance,and sharing.Finally,refined governance uses modern information technology as a scientific and technological support to improve the intelligent level of Community Governance,which is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of urban Community Governance.This study uses case analysis,questionnaire survey,and interview methods as the main research methods,selecting W Street community as the research object,and taking the large-scale examination on community fine governance for epidemic prevention and control as the main case.At the same time,it analyzes some daily fine governance cases and analyzes the situation of county community fine governance in China.In the stage of epidemic prevention and control,community fine governance has exposed certain problems and summarized certain experiences.From establishing a fine governance system for epidemic prevention and control,adhering to the concept of fine service for residents,mobilizing multiple forces to participate in fine governance,and integrating modern information methods into community fine governance,the ability of community fine governance has been enhanced,and the ability of fine service has been improved The effectiveness of Community Governance has been improved.At the same time,it also comprehensively analyzes and understands the problems existing in community fine governance,from the aspects of heavy burden on grassroots community fine governance,insufficient supply of community fine services,inadequate role of diversified subject fine governance,and insufficient use of modern information technology in fine governance.Based on the issues discovered in the research,this article proposes optimization strategies from four aspects:streamlining the community fine governance system,enhancing the fine governance concept,creating a diverse community collaborative fine governance community,and strengthening the support of information technology in community fine governance,continuously improving the fine governance level of W Street community.
