Research On Refined Governance Of Urban Communities Driven By Big Dat

Refined governance,proposed in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,has provided new guidance and direction for urban community grass-roots governance.In order to realize the refined governance of urban community,multi-dimension research and promotion are needed.At present,big data technology is on the rise,which provides strong support for the refined governance of urban communities.Refined governance supported by data resources and technology has become the highlight and breakthrough direction of urban community governance innovation.In recent years,driven by big data,relying on cloud computing,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence and other information technologies,urban community governance has become more scientific and refined.In the context of comprehensively deepening reform,it is an important problem that how to use big data effectively,to help refine the governance of urban communities.It is also a research and discussion conforming to the development of The Times that can modernize community-level governance capacity and system.At present,in the process of promoting urban construction in China,urban community governance has achieved obvious results in social governance and grass-roots governance.However,there are few studies on refined governance of urban communities driven by big data.Starting from actual cases,this paper intends to use literature research method,case analysis method,and questionnaire method to study the refined governance of urban communities driven by big data on the theoretical basis of scientific management theory and governance theory.In order to put forward the solutions,the paper analyzes the existing problems and causes,by investigating the development background,regional overview,specific practice methods and effectiveness of refined governance of urban communities in DISTRICT D of R City,which also investigates and analyzes the satisfaction of refined governance driven by big data in District D of R city.On this basis,the paper illustrates the countermeasures to improve the level of urban community refined governance driven by big data,which includes five aspects: enhancing the recognition of big data governance thinking and co-governance concept,promoting multiple subjects to participate in urban community refined governance,improving urban community digital governance ability,integrating functions,promoting the improvement of urban community refined governance system,and promoting the standardization of urban community refined governance operation.Urban community is the basic unit of urban construction.As the starting point and foothold of grass-roots social governance,it has become the key to improve the level of urban governance and realize urban modernization.By studying the refined governance of urban communities driven by big data,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons existing in practice,and puts forward targeted improvement countermeasures.It conforms to the new development trend of grass-roots governance concept,complies with the new guidance of policy guidance,and integrates the new breakthrough of big data governance,hoping to provide beneficial reference for urban community governance in the new stage.
