The management of selected and transferred students is an important part of the construction of the cadre team in China,and also an important way to train excellent party members and cadres for all regions.At present,there are more and more college graduates who want to enter the selected student team to strengthen this group.How to grasp this growing group is a problem that relevant departments should pay attention to.The management of selected and transferred students is also an important issue for academic research.On the basis of investigating the management of grass-roots Selected Graduates,this paper studies the present situation,existing problems,causes and optimization countermeasures of the management of Selected Graduates in Dezhou City by using the theory of human resources management in public sector,and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems.First of all,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of Selected Graduates management in Dezhou,mainly analyzing the related policies,basic situation and main management measures of Selected Graduates in Dezhou,and the achievements of Selected Graduates management in Dezhou.Secondly,it analyzes the existing problems and reasons of Selected Graduates management in Dezhou.There are some problems,such as unreasonable personnel structure,long growth period,imperfect training mechanism,homogeneous management mode,etc.The main reasons for these problems are that the competent departments do not pay enough attention,the promotion efforts and policies are not enough,and the management supervision and inspection are not enough.Thirdly,it introduces the experience of domestic Selected Graduates management.The model of "sunshine selection,quantity only use" in zhuanghe city,Liaoning province,the model of "dispatching and ordering" in Meizhou,Guangdong province,and the model of,strict entrance,emphasis on exercise and bold promotion and use" in Chengdu,Sichuan province have extracted their typical practices,which can be a good summary of their experience and can be used for reference by me.Finally,in view of the above-mentioned problems and their causes,and the reference of domestic Selected Graduates management experience,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for Dezhou to further improve the management of Selected Graduates,such as perfecting the management mechanism of Selected Graduates,optimizing the training mode,creating a good development environment conducive to growth,and smoothing the promotion channels,etc.,so as to further improve the management of Selected Graduates.I hope that the research results of this paper can provide valuable countermeasures and suggestions for the management of selected and transferred students in Dezhou.
