A Study On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Innovative And Entrepreneurial Will

The will to innovate and start a business is a kind of spiritual character that people overcome various difficulties in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship,and has important value in improving the success rate of innovation and entrepreneurship.For college students,they are the backbone of contemporary social progress,and the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship will help consolidate their innovation and entrepreneurship personality foundation on the one hand,and help them adapt to the new needs of economic and social development for innovation and entrepreneurship talents as soon as possible.Based on the relevant concepts and theories of college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial will,this paper makes the following tentative explorations.First,the relevant concepts and main contents of college students’ will to innovate and start a business are explained.Second,according to the current situation of college students’ will to innovate and start a business,this paper summarizes the current situation of college students’ will to innovate and start a business,and analyzes and summarizes the current situation of college students’ will to innovate and start a business,which has four problems: some college students’ unclear definition of innovation and entrepreneurship,lack of resources obtained by some college students for innovation and entrepreneurship,insufficient enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship of some college students,and insufficient innovation and entrepreneurship ability of some college students.Third,it analyzes the causes of the above problems: insufficient breadth of college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial will cultivation,unsound training system of college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial will cultivation,single form of college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial will cultivation and the gap between college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial will cultivation and reality.Fourth,four major countermeasures are proposed,namely,enhancing the breadth of college students’ will to innovate and start up,improving the education system of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities,promoting the diversified forms of training of college students’ will to innovate and entrepreneurship,and enhancing the practical operation of college students’ will to innovate and start a business.It is hoped that it will provide a little inspiration for the cultivation of college students’ will to innovate and start a business.
