Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Heroic View In The New Era

As human civilization evolves with the development of social productive forces,heroes are born in response to the times,just like the marks in human history,bearing the social value orientation and spiritual mapping of a specific historical period.The concept of hero is derived from the hero subject,which includes the subject positioning,value judgment,value practice and many other contents.The cultivation of college students’ heroic outlook is an important means of ideological and political education for college students,an inevitable measure to cultivate the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and an objective requirement to deal with the risks and challenges brought about by the complex environment at home and abroad.Further improving the relevant measures for cultivating college students’ heroic concept in the new era is of great significance to strengthening the theoretical position of Marxism,carrying forward the core values of socialism in the new era,fully implementing the goal of moral education and promoting the free and comprehensive development of college students.Since the 18 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has innovatively published a series of relevant expositions on the basis of summarizing the heroic concept put forward by the Communist Party of China in the course of a hundred years,fully combining the specific world and national conditions and party conditions of the new era,which has greatly enriched the relevant theories and specific connotations of the hero concept in the new era.At the same time,the Party and the country actively choose and build heroes of the new era,maintain the status and image of heroes,create a good atmosphere for cultivating the concept of heroes in the whole society,and steadily promote the education and publicity of heroes.However,the complex and changeable development situation at home and abroad wears away the heroic cognition and political position of contemporary college students,and hinders the cultivation of college students’ heroic view from all aspects of knowing,thinking and acting.In the context of the rapid development of Internet technology,the cultural penetration of western ideology and the continuous erosion of historical nihilism have further intensified,and consumerism,the supremacy of entertainment,utilitarianism and other negative ideological trends have become noisy,which has greatly dispelled the role of heroes as role models;The leading position of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is weak,and the feedback lags behind,resulting in the cultivation of hero concepts on the surface;The weakening of intergenerational inheritance has aggravated the gap between college students and heroes and hero history,and weakened the emotional link with heroes;The new changes in the physical and mental development of young students have brought new crises to the cultivation of the heroic view of college students in the new era.Based on the new era and new journey,we must face up to the practical problems existing in the cultivation of contemporary college students’ view of heroes,stick to the key educational object of young college students,and construct a three-dimensional,comprehensive and scientific cultivation structure of college students’ view of heroes from the four aspects of knowledge,feeling,will and action,correct the social atmosphere,and cultivate a strong sense of heroes through system guarantee,public opinion guidance,education construction,and learning,thinking and practice,Let the heroic example become the guiding light for young college students to establish their ideals and beliefs,make the heroic spirit become the source power for young college students to strive forward,and use the heroic culture to cultivate young college students to concentrate on achieving the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
