Research On The Governance Of Bribery In Rural Grassroots Election From The Perspective Of Three Governance Integration

It has been 35 years since the establishment of the rural grassroots electoral system.The research on the election of village committee has become an important subject of grassroots democratic governance.In November 2021,General Secretary Xi stressed that electoral process supervision need to be strengthened and investigate electoral abuses resolutely to ensure the election is clean and upright.This represents the party central committee on the status of democratic election and certainly comprehensive governing party.Throughout the rural election bribery cases over the years,there are common issues such as complex clan forces,the influence of vicious power,villagers’ weak legal awareness and so on.In this paper,take B district of A city as the research object,combined with my discipline inspection work experience,with case analysis as the main research method,combined with field investigation,questionnaire and interview.a series of management measures for comprehensive rural grassroots fraud problems and the achievements that under the "Six Open" mode are summarized.District B carries out the "six open" mode in the village general election,all steps work like a "combination fist" in the general election management practice.Based on the theory of tripartite fusion integration management,build the virtue,rule of law,autonomy,three dimensions of analysis framework,analyses the cause of the problem of bribery,influence factors and caused by the adverse effects.Starting from the theory of the integration of the tripartite governance,the product effect of the integration of the tripartite governance should be play on the basis of the strong guarantee by the rule of law,the prevention of corruption by autonomy,and the promotion of integrity by rule of virtue.And put forward to perfect the rule of law mechanism construction,strengthen the propaganda and education of moral governance,strict autonomy supervision and investigation,so as to promote the integration of the tripartite governance at the grass-roots level countermeasures.Alternatively,this study can provide fresh case support for the theoretical development of tripartite governance integration in China.On the other hand,it can also provide a reference scheme for the national village community election.
