Issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area plays an important role in china's social development process.A large numbers of villages have achieved self-governance since the introduction of village self-governance.In village elections,the villager's self-governance has not been achieved perfectly,instead of reaching a power-for-money deal in between voters and candidates.In this case,the phenomenon of bribery was appeared in village election.If this problem is not solved,the village elections can not proceed smoothly and village self-governance can not got obvious effect.Village self-governance, mainly including the democratic election, democratic decision-making, democratic management and democratic supervision, democratic election as the premise and foundation of village self-governance, whether can smoothly fully express public opinion directly influences the development of the village self-governance. Village-level elections, appointed management personnel, since the villager autonomy is a basic requirement of democratic election. Voters may, in accordance with the principles of integrity, independently, realize the village-level elections cadres, "almighty, let the under next". But, in the village elections exist candidate bribed voters of the struggle, this kind of phenomenon exists causes include many aspects, the need for specific analysis. The reason for bribery phenomenon, the paper from rural areas of economic and cultural education level, perfect countryside election system, to foster positive social capital and promote the harmonious development of "four democracy "balanced aspects, provided practical and operable suggestions and countermeasures to the rural area of bribery phenomenon of governance has a certain significance.
