Analysis On Willingness To Delay Retirement And Its Influencing Factors Of Professional Technicians

With a series of problems such as the deepening of my country’s aging degree and the huge gap in pension funds,the shortcomings of china’s current retirement system are clearly exposed,and the reform of the retirement system is imperative.In 2013,the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to "formulate a policy of gradually delaying the retirement age".As soon as this news came out,the topic of delay retirement aroused great repercussions from all walks of life.The purpose of this paper is to conduct a small-scale investigation on the delay retirement policy and to explore the possibility and feasibility of the delay retirement policy by researching and analyzing the willingness to delay retire and and its influencing factors of professional technicians in Guangzhou W Research Institute.By means of literature research and statistical analysis,based on human capital theory,job decision theory,family production theory,and two-factor theory,this paper take the professional and technical personnel of Guangzhou W Research Institute as the research object to analyze their willingness to delay retirement and its influencing factors.This paper divides the influencing factors into three major factors: personal,work,and family.Personal factors include gender,age,education,job title,monthly income level and health status.Family factors include family dependents,family monthly income and family support.Work factors include task intensity,responsibility pressure,promotion difficulty,work environment.Validate the influence of different factors on the willingness to delay retirement through differentiation test,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Finally,suggestions are put forward to promote the delayed retirement of professional and technical personnel.
