| In the context of the aging population,delayed retirement has become a hot issue in China’s society.Chinese scholars began to pay attention to delayed retirement in the 1990 s and related research.Since then,China’s population has become more aging and pension insurance.Social factors such as payment pressure and the emergence of 421 family structure have delayed the development of retirement into a key issue of concern to all sectors of society.Civil servants are an important part of our society and their attitude towards delayed retirement is crucial.In recent years,the government and academia have continuously promoted the introduction of delayed retirement policies,but the public’s attitude toward delayed retirement has always been questioned.Lanzhou City,as the capital city of Gansu Province,is more representative of the delayed retirement willingness and influencing factors of civil servants.According to the survey,the civil servant’s willingness to retire is generally not high.This paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the smooth implementation of the delayed retirement policy in China by studying the delayed retirement intention of Lanzhou civil servants and its influencing factors.Through the combination of literature review and empirical research,this paper studies the delayed retirement willingness of Lanzhou civil servants in Gansu Province,and obtains data through questionnaires and interviews.Through SPSS(18.0)software,it analyzes the individual characteristics of civil servants,retirement concepts,The influence of other factors such as policy influence on its delayed retirement will give reasons and explanations based on the research results.This paper is divided into four parts.The first is the introduction.This part introduces the research background and research significance of the paper,the research status at home and abroad,related concepts and theoretical perspectives,and the innovation of the paper.Secondly,the research object and research methods mainly involve the research objects.Research hypothesis,data sampling domain sample sampling,measurement tool preparation and variable measurement;followedby research results and discussion and analysis,involving questionnaire reliability and validity test,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,single factor analysis and linear regression analysis The last part is the summary of the empirical research conclusions of this paper.Based on the research results,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,and the future research directions are prospected.Through the analysis of the collected data,the paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Descriptive statistical analysis shows that the average value of the civil servants’ willingness to retire in Lanzhou City,Gansu Province is between 2.60 and 2.97,and the civil servant’s willingness to retire is not high;(2)Through correlation analysis,it is found that there is a significant positive correlation between delayed retirement intention,health status,job characteristics,policy influence,and retirement concept;(3)personal characteristics,age,marital status,economic status and delay There was a significant negative correlation between the willingness to retire,and there was a significant positive correlation between the level of education and their willingness to retire,but the gender,the purchase of commercial insurance and the civil servant’s willingness to retire did not reach statistical significance.(4)Through regression analysis,it is found that gender,age,and policy influence have a negative impact on civil servants’ delayed willingness to retire,but health status and retirement concept have positive impact on quality of life;education level,purchase of commercial insurance,and job characteristics There is no significant impact on the civil servant’s willingness to retire.According to the analysis results,this paper proposes the following countermeasures to improve the civil servant’s willingness to suspend retirement:(1)strengthen the interpretation and propaganda of the delayed retirement policy,(2)formulate a flexible retirement system,and(3)improve the social security policy and improve the health of the civil servant,(4)Establish a pension incentive system to encourage civil servants to delay retirement,and(5)gradually promote the delayed retirement policy. |
