The civil servant group is an important talent team in the process of my country’s national development and social operation,and it is related to the whole process of the development of various undertakings of the country and the people.With the continuous development of society,the career development of civil servants is facing new problems and challenges.Under the current administrative system of civil servants,compared with other civil servants at all levels,the development of young civil servants is increasingly faced with difficulties such as lack of career satisfaction and lack of efficacy.Therefore,it is extremely important to effectively solve the problems emerging in the career development of young civil servants and ensure the new and main force of grass-roots administration.The purpose of this research is to take each township in Yueqing City as an example,to analyze the career satisfaction and job efficacy of young civil servants,and to carry out corresponding experience promotion based on this research.The ultimate goal of truly serving the people.The research is based on two-factor theory,equity theory,career management theory,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods,on the basis of reviewing academic research on the career development of young civil servants,first of all,the concept of young civil servants is carried out.Clearly define and determine the corresponding target group of the research;secondly,through data collection and quantitative statistical analysis,accurately describe the current career development status of young civil servants;finally,locate the unique age characteristics of this group,psychological state,ability goals and other factors to test the impact Major factors in the careers of young civil servants.The study concluded that living environment,welfare security,emotional satisfaction,role identity,and ideological dynamics have a positive impact on career development.Based on this,five countermeasures are put forward,including improving the performance compensation mechanism of grass-roots civil servants,strengthening the awareness of young civil servants’ career planning,creating and improving the working environment of grass-roots civil servants,establishing a normalized exchange mechanism for young civil servants,and improving the career development guidance ability of young civil servants.suggestion.
