Research On The Disposal Of Public Opinion Involving Police In Grass Roots Public Security Organs

In the new media era,because of the emergence of smart phones,the public opinions related to the police spread faster,wider and more influential.In the face of the fierce public opinion involving the police,the grass-roots public security organs are in short supply in terms of human resources and disposal methods.In order to enable the grassroots public security organs to quickly,effectively and properly handle the public opinions involving the police,in this paper,combined with the relevant real cases of HC District Public Security Bureau in HH city of HN Province in recent years,using the methods of literature research and analysis,theoretical research analysis,specific case analysis and targeted questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes and studies the main reasons for the emergence of police related public opinion of grass-roots public security organs,combined with the actual public opinion cases,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current grass-roots public security organs in dealing with police related public opinions.At the same time,combining the advanced experience of domestic public security organs with some good practices of foreign police organizations,this paper puts forward eight suggestions on how to deal with the public opinion of grass-roots public security organs,that is to establish the risk assessment mechanism of public opinion related to police,comprehensively enhance the public opinion awareness of the whole police,strengthen the construction of professional response team of public opinion related to police,establish a normalized public opinion handling linkage mechanism,strengthen communication and cooperation with media,strengthen the construction of new media platform of public security,form linkage with local network information departments,and attach importance to cooperation with network opinion leaders.
