Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Security Organs To Deal With Police Related Network Public Opinion

At present,the foreign environment is complex and changeable,and various types of public emergencies occur frequently in China.The network has become the main means of social risk penetration and transmission,and is closely related to national security,social stability and people’s life.Because of this,the public security organs’ network public opinion crisis management is particularly important.Modern information network technology is a double-edged sword.On the one hand,as the main representative of modern information network technology,information technology,communication technology and network technology provide convenience and support for modern social management and network public opinion management.On the other hand,it may also be used by people who want to attack public security organs and government departments.The public security organ is the law enforcement organ of public opinion management.It is easy to become the center of network public opinion while carrying out network public opinion management.Therefore,only by improving the ability of the whole system,optimizing and improving the response mechanism of public security organs to police related public opinion,can it better adapt to the increasingly complex public opinion and social environment.Based on the concepts of public opinion,network public opinion and police related network public opinion,this paper uses the theories of crisis management,opinion leaders and two-level communication,and network public opinion management to analyze the current situation of police related network public opinion,The process,characteristics and achievements of police network public opinion are explained one by one.Aiming at the problems of media and netizens,public security organs,system and mechanism in public security organs’ response to police related network public opinion,this paper explores the reasons,and summarizes the event handling and beneficial experience based on the successful response case of "traffic police killed" police related network public opinion event in Chengdu,Sichuan Province.Finally,based on the theoretical basis,problems and causes,this paper puts forward countermeasures to optimize the response of police related network public opinion from four aspects:highlighting the principles of crisis response,media and Internet users,system and mechanism,and the optimization ways of public security organs.
