Study On The Role Of Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations In Rural Social Transformation In The Early Stage Of New China

In the early days of the founding of New China,the Communist Party of China carried out a systematic and comprehensive transformation of rural areas from the political,economic,cultural and social aspects,and achieved stability and development of rural areas.During this period,the rural grassroots Party organizations experienced a process from restricted development to vigorous development and gradually played an important role in the rural social transformation.Through combing and analyzing historical documents,this study systematically reviewed the rural social transformation,explored the goals,approaches,effects and deficiencies of the role of rural grassroots Party organizations in it,summarized experience from it,and provided reference for their role in the new era of rural revitalization.Among them,the main body includes the following parts:The first part analyzes the necessity of the role of rural grass-roots party organizations in the rural social transformation in the early stage of new China from the perspectives of realizing rural development,farmers’ development and consolidating the ruling foundation of the party.It also analyzes the possibility of the role of rural grass-roots party organizations in the rural social transformation in the early days of the founding of new China from four aspects: the historical experience of the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations,the domestic environment,the establishment of the party’s ruling position and the gradual establishment of rural grass-roots party organizations.The second part summarizes the objectives of rural social transformation in the early stage of new China from the perspective of politics,economy,culture and society;From this,it summarizes the goal of the role of rural grass-roots party organizations in rural social transformation.The third part summarizes the content and form of the role of rural grass-roots party organizations in rural social transformation from the perspective of politics,economy,culture and society.Through strengthening their own strength and clear positioning,reconstruction of rural grass-roots power structure;To promote the socialist transformation of agriculture by leading farmers to carry out agricultural production,promoting agricultural cooperation,implementing agricultural production guarantee and correcting wrong tendencies;Through the cultural education and ideological education to farmers,the construction of new rural ideological culture;Through the reform of the old morals,the elimination of bad habits and customs,rich cultural and recreational activities to lead the rural social fashion.The fourth part summarizes the effectiveness and deficiencies of rural grass-roots party organizations in rural social transformation by comparing the objectives of rural grass-roots party organizations in rural social transformation.The fifth part summarizes the historical experience of the role of rural grass-roots Party organizations in rural social transformation in the early stage of new China which provides the reference for the role of rural grass-roots Party organizations in rural revitalization under the background of the new era.
