Research On The Countermeasures Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations Leading The Comprehensive Rural Revitalizatio

Issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers are fundamental to the national economy and people’s livelihood.The Party and the state have made major decisions and plans to comprehensively promote rural revitalization in order to solve the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Rural grass-roots Party organizations are the core force to ensure the implementation of the Party’s policies and decisions in rural areas.Giving full play to the leading role of rural grass-roots Party organizations is the requirement of The Times and the objective need to comprehensively promote rural revitalization.Therefore,in response to the demands of this era,this study focuses on the existing problems and solutions of the comprehensive rural revitalization led by rural grass-roots Party organizations,in order to make rural grass-roots Party organizations better shoulder the mission and responsibility entrusted by rural revitalization.By conducting research on the countermeasures of rural grass-roots Party organizations leading the comprehensive rural revitalization,comprehensively using literature research,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and other methods,Yongxing village in Yibin City of Sichuan Province is selected as the object of empirical research,hoping to provide reference and thinking for the party organizations in rural areas to better and faster promote the comprehensive rural revitalization.Through the investigation and interview,it is found that the Party organization of Yongxing Village has achieved good results in the process of leading the comprehensive rural revitalization: first,it has created the rural civilization and village style;The second is to optimize the rural governance system;Third,an ecologically livable countryside has been built.However,the Party organization of Yongxing Village obviously has problems such as talent shortage,slow development of collective economy and low degree of support and cooperation of the masses in leading the comprehensive rural revitalization.These problems hinder the party organization of Yongxing village to better lead the comprehensive rural revitalization.Guided by Marxist theory and aiming at several questions in the investigation and interview,this paper deeply analyzes the deep-seated reasons for the problems of the Party organization leading the comprehensive rural revitalization in Yongxing Village.Combining the problem attribution and the actual development of Yongxing Village,this study puts forward corresponding solutions from four aspects: leading the construction of rural talents,driving the development of rural industries,cultivating the ecological consciousness of villagers,and strengthening the ideological and political education of villagers.First,the party organization of Yongxing Village should strengthen the construction of rural talents,build a high-level "three rural" team,and provide talent support for rural revitalization;Second,the Party organization of Yongxing Village should shoulder the role of "leader" in industrial development,strengthen the leadership of rural industry and economic development,and further promote the increase of farmers’ income;Third,the Party organization of Yongxing Village should shoulder the role of "guardian" of clear water and green mountains,strengthen the construction of ecological livable "software",and establish the awareness of ecological and environmental protection of the masses;Fourth,the Party organization of Yongxing Village should shoulder the role of "incubator" of civilized village style,strengthen the ideological and political education of the villagers,and build a rural environment with clear wind and positive atmosphere.As the Party’s grassroots establishment in rural areas,rural primary Party organizations play a core role in leading the all-round rural revitalization.Therefore,it is of great significance to build up the excellent quality of rural grassroots Party organizations and strengthen their ability to lead the comprehensive rural revitalization,which is of great importance to gather more forces to promote the comprehensive rural revitalization.
