Research On Jiaohe Municipal Government Promoting Social Governance Modernization Under The Background Of Big Data

For a long time,realizing the modernization of social governance has been the potential goal of our government’s active exploration and practice.Promoting government governance practice with the advantages of big data technology will put the key work of the government to improve governance capacity into the fast lane.The concept of big data appeared for the first time in the government work report in2014,and has been described in government work reports for many consecutive years,gradually raising it to the height of national strategy.The wide and mature application of big data technology in many fields not only provides experience and Enlightenment in concepts and methods for the application of big data in government governance,but also provides more ideas and directions for the implementation of the specific functions of the government in social governance.As a county-level grass-roots government,Jiaohe municipal government must focus on the subject of governance modernization,deeply analyze the current opportunities and challenges,and closely integrate into the background of the era of big data.It should not only release the advantages of big data to promote governance modernization,but also use big data to examine the deficiencies of government governance,and seek solutions after analysis,so as to effectively improve governance efficiency.This paper is divided into five parts.Firstly,on the premise of actively grasping the current background,it explains the significance of the full text.It also summarizes and comments on the current domestic and foreign literature,and then points out that the full text will use literature review method,empirical research method and questionnaire survey method to complete the research,and points out that the research may reflect some innovation in the research perspective,research methods,research content and so on.In the second chapter,after explaining the concepts of big data,modernization,social governance and social governance modernization,the governance theory,new public service theory and western government function theory are taken as basic theories to provide theoretical support for the full text research.The third chapter is a survey on the current situation of Jiaohe municipal government’s promotion of social governance modernization under the background of big data.First,it explains the objective conditions of Jiaohe’s social governance modernization,and analyzes the current situation of Jiaohe’s social governance modernization process through a questionnaire survey.Chapter IV is an analysis of the problems and causes of Jiaohe municipal government’s promotion of social governance modernization in the context of big data.Firstly,it is considered that there are objective problems in Jiaohe municipal government’s promotion of social governance modernization.At the same time,it is considered that the main causes of the problems in Jiaohe municipal government’s promotion of social governance modernization are that the government’s social governance concept is not changed in time,the Department’s collaborative governance mechanism is not perfect,and the social governance means are still conservative Inadequate training of data professionals and imperfect citizen information protection system.Chapter V is the objectives and Countermeasures of Jiaohe municipal government to promote the modernization of social governance under the background of big data.Firstly,it points out the multidimensional objectives of big data to promote the modernization of social governance,and puts forward the positive countermeasures of big data to promote the modernization of social governance,including attaching importance to data services and strengthening the concept of social governance;Increase data sharing and strengthen the department connection of social governance;Releasing data value and innovating social governance collaboration;Promote data innovation and professional training;Ensure data security and improve the legal system for data privacy protection.
