| As a symbol of the systematization and maturity of Marx’s distributive justice thought,the criticism of Gotha’s Program has great practical significance to explore the distributive justice thought contained in it as a whole to solve the distributive justice dilemma caused by the excessive gap between the rich and the poor in China.This paper makes a holistic study of distributive justice thought in the Critique of Gotha’s Program by means of literature research,comparative analysis and combining theory with practice,insisting on the principle of construction in criticism.First of all,in order to clarify the realistic basis and theoretical basis of distributive justice thought in the Criticism of Gotha’s Program,the realistic background of distributive justice thought under specific historical conditions is clarified,the theoretical basis of distributive justice thought is sorted out according to the development process of historical materialism,and then its position in Marx’s distributive justice thought is summarized.Second,clear Marx’s historical materialism and surplus value theory as the prerequisite,criticizes the la salle "labor determinism","earned income","distributive justice",and the salary of the "iron law" error distribution of ideas,which reveal the la salle system root distribution theory of justice and the way to solve.Thirdly,in the criticism of Lasalle’s thought of distribution and the discussion of the way of distribution in different stages of social development in the future,the basic proposition of Marx’s thought of distributive justice in the Critique of Gotha’s Program is constructed.First,it points out that the people are the creators and beneficiaries of social wealth and the subjects of distributive justice.Second,it is clear that the reform of private ownership into public ownership through proletarian revolution is the correct way to realize distributive justice.The third is to discuss Marx’s different distribution principles in the future stage of social development,pointing out that "distribution according to work" is only a transitional way of distribution justice,which tends to be just but has justice defects,and "distribution according to needs" is the final embodiment of distribution justice,realizing the transcendence of bourgeois rights.Finally,based on the fact that there is a large gap between the rich and the poor in our country at the present stage,in terms of values,productive forces,relations of production and system design,this paper summarizes the practical enlightenment of our country to get rid of the distributive justice dilemma. |
