Although Marx did not specialize in constructing the theory of distributive justice,Marx's contention of the critique of justice contained a lot of ideas of distributive justice.Although Marx did not specialize in discussing the issue of distributive justice,Marx focused on the views on the distribution of justice in the mature work "Critique of the Gotha Program" which published in his later years.Marx's theory of distributive justice is based on historical materialism, embodied in the analysis of capitalist society and the conception of communist society,Marx's theory of distributive justice guides and demonstrates the socialist distribution practice with strong theoretical science and predictiveness. This paper is based on "Marx's Theory of Distributive Justice and Its Practical Enlightenment",use the literature research method, the comparative research method, the unified method of history and logic, and the method of linking theory with practice in the research process. This paper mainly includes introduction, conclusion and four chapters of the main part. The introduction is a review of domestic and foreign research on the issue of distributive justice. The main content of the paper includes four chapters:The first chapter: Refuting the "Marx rejects the concept of justice" proposed by "Tucker-Wood Proposition",and argues that Marx has the concept of justice.Summarize the content and characteristics of Marx's theory of justice from the angles of "the theory of due justice","the theory of rights and justice" and "the theory of civil society justice".Fully prove that Marx has a theory about justice. The second chapter: Exploring Marx's thought of distributive justice contained in the critique of justice on the basis of demonstrating Marx's criticism of capitalism in the first part.Analysis of the core content of Marx's theory of distributive justice centered on Marx's mature work "Critique of the Gotha Program" which published in his later years.Explain the theoretical and practical significance of Marx's criticism of LaSalle's opportunistic distribution thought. The third chapter: Based on the analysis of the Critique of the Gotha Program, this paper further summarizes Marx's negative and critical theory of distributive justice into constructive theoretical content, sums up the source, the core, the final value orientation of Marx's theory of distributive justice, etc. The fourth chapter: Observe the reality of Chinese society's distribution by Marx's theory of distributive justice.Analysis of excessive capital encroachment on the public sphere,"Assignment by Work” was replaced by “Assigned by Level”,stratum differentiation and class solidification intensified by intergenerational transmission between the rich and the poor, etc.Look for the cause of these problems.Linking the Socialist Market Economy and Marx's Theory of Distributive Justice to explore solutions.
