The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stated that it is necessary to "support and ensure that the people exercise state power through the people’s congress",and "set up a representative liaison agency in the people’s congress to improve the system for representatives to contact the masses".Under this policy background,this study takes the liaison station of the People’s Congress Deputies Center in Town C as the research unit,conducts a comprehensive investigation,understanding and case analysis of its operation,system and related work norms,and uses the relevant theories of public management and literature analysis methods,case analysis method,qualitative and quantitative research methods,analyze the system construction logic,organizational structure and operation status of the construction of the contact station of the C town people’s congress representative center,and specifically analyze the problems and reasons of the contact station of the C town people’s congress representative center,and finally put forward optimization suggestions to realize the professionalism of liaison station management,improve the means of governance and publicity,strengthen the coordination of the construction of the central station of the National People’s Congress,and strengthen supervision.Therefore,this paper can not only enrich the research theory of the liaison station of the township-level NPC deputies center,which is a platform for the deputies to perform their duties at the grass-roots level,but also provide a reference for the function optimization of the liaison station of the town deputies’ center. |
