| Public transportation is the most important part of the city’s economic development and the most important part of the city’s social life.Urban public transport not only facilitates the daily life of the general public,but also brings a great impetus to the economic growth and development of the whole city.As a typical quasi public goods,urban public transport has a special economic attribute between public goods and private goods,which determines its government regulatory needs.In recent years,China has gradually implemented the strategic policy of giving priority to the development of urban public transport,and the public transport safety service quality of large and medium-sized modern cities has been effectively improved,but it is far from meeting the actual needs of urban residents,and its safety and convenience need to be further improved,which requires the government departments to strengthen the supervision of urban public transport operation safety,Awesome measures to improve the safety of city bus operation are provided by increasing effective supply of administrative supervision services.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study how to strengthen the government supervision of urban public transport operation safety in Guangzhou and ensure the smooth operation of urban public transport.This paper takes the government supervision of urban public transport operation safety in Guangzhou as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the relevant concepts and meanings of urban public transport safety supervision,and then uses the public management theory to analyze and construct the theoretical analysis and research framework.Secondly,through literature research,field investigation,comparative analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes the current situation of urban public transport safety supervision subjects,policies and supervision means in Guangzhou,reveals the problems existing in urban public transport safety supervision in Guangzhou,such as unclear supervision subjects,inefficient and backward supervision methods,insufficient emergency rescue disposal capacity,weak supervision power and false responsibility of enterprise subjects,and analyzes the causes of the problems,Learn from the advanced management experience of developed countries in the process of urban public transport safety supervision,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the government supervision of public transport operation safety in Guangzhou,so as to effectively optimize the public transport operation safety management and give play to the leading role of the government in urban public transport operation safety supervision. |
