Research On Government Action Countermeasures In The Integration Of Urban And Rural Public Transport

Promoting the integration of urban and rural public transport and improving the level of public services is an urgent requirement for accelerating urban and rural coordination,narrowing regional development gap,and achieving precise poverty alleviation.It is also an important part of promoting the construction of new urbanization and building a well-off society in an all-round way.However,the integration of urban and rural public transport in China is still in its infancy.The short-sightedness,blindness and disorder of the local governments are serious.The interaction between the government and residents needs to be strengthened,and the application of information technology by the government is relatively lagging behind.This paper combines the problems existing in the government behavior in the integration of urban and rural public transport in Fushan District of Yantai City,and analyzes the current situation of the integration of urban and rural public transport in Fushan District of Yantai City.It is found that the problem existing in government behavior is lack of policies and regulations,inadequate coordination of government departments,insufficient financial subsidies and low level of public transport informatization.Based on the experiences of Lvshunkou District in Dalian,Ninghai County of Zhejiang Province and Anping County of Hebei Province and foreign experiences,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions from the aspects of policies and regulations,government subsidies,government communication and information technology application.The government should further improve the policy system of urban-rural transit integration,increase government support and improve the communication mechanism of government departments and the government "Internet +" mode.The main innovation of this paper is to study the combination of government behavior and urban-rural public transport integration,enrich and improve the relevant theoretical system,clarify the role and orientation of government behavior in the process of public transport integration,and play a certain role in improving the service level of other types of quasi-public products provide some reference for the future work of Fushan District and the development of urban-rural public transport integration in other areas.
