Research On Government Supervision Of Traffic Safety Of Passenger Transport Enterprises In Zhejiang A City

Urban passenger transport is not only a key link in China’s public service system,but also a major public service project.It not only facilitates the transportation of citizens,but also promotes the development of the city.Urban passenger transport is a typical public service enterprise,which has both the general economic nature of public services and many specific economic properties.In recent years,the passenger transport enterprises in large and medium-sized cities in China have significantly improved in the total amount and quality of services provided,but they still can not adapt to the traffic needs of urban residents,and there are major problems in economy,convenience,especially safety,etc.Therefore,government supervision on the traffic safety of urban passenger transport enterprises must be increased,Improve the service quality of passenger transport companies by strengthening government supervision and management.This paper conducts empirical research and analysis on the current situation,existing problems and causes of government supervision of passenger transport enterprises in City A,and believes that there are many problems in laws and regulations,supervision procedures,organization teams,social supervision,etc.In combination with the problems existing in government supervision of passenger transport enterprises,this paper proposes that we should strengthen the construction of legal systems,improve the supervision procedures,improve the construction of organization teams,and play the role of social supervision,Solve the traffic safety problems of passenger transport enterprises in City A.
