Abstract/Summary:
The present stage of the public security organ carries more multiple safeguard social stability duty and mission,to meet the required work,public security organs at all levels to recruit to hire a certain number of auxiliary police,can not only through its own efforts for the public security organs provide auxiliary support daily operation and policing activities,also to achieve social stability to a certain extent.However,in real life,auxiliary police in the system management is informal establishment,do not have the power to enforce the law,some auxiliary police regard themselves as the public Security Bureau "outsiders",social recognition is low,so that in the process of their work is often encountered obstacles.Personnel as to the identity of the different lead to treatment,therefore,high and low range,efforts in their work and there is a big gap between the actual harvest,it is difficult to truly reflect their labor value,also can show a low sense of achievement,job burnout phenomenon such as the lack of enthusiasm for work,easy to cause the current auxiliary police team personnel fluidity big,To a certain extent,it affects the active role of auxiliary police and the generation of the combat effectiveness of public security organs.Based on auxiliary police as the research object,the national public security bureau to perceived organizational support and job burnout situation as the research content,in order to "organizational support theory","resource conservation theory" as the theoretical basis,and by building a model analysis of organization support for job burnout influence situation,and combined with some improve measures to help better perceived organizational support,Thus,to a certain extent,the job burnout of auxiliary police can be reduced.The research found that auxiliary police generally believed that they lacked promotion opportunities and their performance could not attract the attention of the unit.At the same time,they believe that the company ignores their own contributions to the company,and the company is not willing to retain employees.In terms of interest concern,they think that the company lacks extra labor rewards for employees,and the company does not care enough about their interests when making decisions.In the perception of job burnout,people will worry about the impact of work on their mood,and will feel very tired.Based on relevant theoretical research results,this paper studies the influence mechanism of job support,value identification and interest relationship on job burnout.From the perspective of public management,this study examines the perceived organizational support and job burnout behavior of auxiliary police officers,taking the perceived organizational support dimensions as independent variables and job burnout as dependent variables to build a research model and carry out relevant demonstration,which is a kind of research supplement of perceived organizational support in the field of public management.At the same time,it is necessary for grassroots public security departments to better fulfill the responsibility of alleviating the job burnout of auxiliary police,make clear that grassroots management departments need to assume leadership responsibilities in supervision and guidance,make clear that they have relevant rights and responsibilities in the continuous training of auxiliary police,create more suitable conditions,improve the job satisfaction of auxiliary police,and improve the quality and efficiency of work.
