| Job burnout refers to the state of physical and mental fatigue and exhaustion caused by individuals under the pressure of work,which is mainly manifested in emotional exhaustion,de-personalization,weakness or low personal achievement.At present,our country is in the social and economic transition period,the rapid economic development also accumulated a lot of social contradictions,in our country at this stage of the police force is seriously inadequate environment,the public security auxiliary police as a supplement to the official civilian police,in order to maintain social stability in our country has made a great contribution.However,due to the complex nature of the work,heavy tasks,often face dangers,often work overtime to stay up late without rest,family flawless care,personal treatment is not guaranteed,social status is not recognized,it is easy to produce psychological disadvantage,and then career burnout.At present,the society pays less attention to the job burnout of the auxiliary police group,and there is little research on the job burnout of the auxiliary police at home and abroad.Therefore,the author collects relevant news and literature through inquiry,taking the Z County Public Security Bureau as an example,using questionnaires,daily interviews and other methods to investigate and study the Z County Public Security Auxiliary Police Group,to understand the current Z County Public Security Auxiliary Police job burnout situation.After investigation,Z County public security auxiliary police job burnout is generally higher,of which the problem of low personal achievement is more prominent.Through the analysis of relevant demographic factors,Z County grass-roots police auxiliary police job burnout degree is higher,male auxiliary police emotional failure performance is significantly higher than female auxiliary police,personal achievement performance is lower than female,middle-aged and young auxiliary police job burnout problem is the most serious,married auxiliary police have a higher degree of job burnout than unmarried auxiliary police,and highly educated auxiliary police have a higher degree of emotional failure and de-personalization than low-educated auxiliary police.Analysis of its causes,from the professional factors,organizational factors,social factors,personal factors,family factors to sum up the five aspects,and finally put forward a few corresponding intervention measures. |
