Research On Xi Jinping’s Rule Of Law Thought

Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has made a series of profound explorations on comprehensively advancing the rule of law,forming Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought.As a guiding principle for comprehensively governing the country according to law,faced with the new era,new practices,new changes and new problems,Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought always adhere to the problem orientation to answer a series of major questions in the new era,including why and how to comprehensively implement the rule of law.This paper aims to study Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought from four aspects.First,the article expounds the theoretical source of Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought from the classical writers of marxism rule of law ideology,the communist party of China leaders with the rule of law ideas and outstanding achievements in the ancient China and western civilization.At the same time,the article expounds the time background from both international and domestic backgrounds,and take Xi Jinping’s personal political experience as the main line to expounds the development process.The development process can be summarized into four stages:germination and exploration,preliminary formation,development and maturity,and establishment and perfection.Secondly,the article expounds the main content from the overall goal,core content,value pursuit,basic policy,system composition and practice path.Then,the article pointed out that distinctive features of Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought,mainly include the unity of political nature and popular nature,the unity of inheritance and innovation,the unity of system and level,the unity of theory and practice.Finally,The article explores the theoretical and practical value of Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought.On the theoretical level,it has enriched and developed Marxist thought on the rule of law and developed the theory on the rule of law with Chinese characteristics,On the practical level,it has provided an effective guarantee for the rule of law in building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,in order to promote the deepening of reform in an all-round way to create a sound legal environment,to promote the rule of law in an all-round way to provide a scientific guide to action,to promote strict governance of the party in an all-round way to provide a strong ideological guarantee.
