The Study On Xi Jinping's Rule Of Law Thought

Since 18 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping attached great importance to the rule of law,comprehensively advanced the rule of law as one of the of fundamental development strategy layout in the new stage of China,put forward a series of new conclusions and propositions of the rule of law,and formed a whole set of the scientific system of rule of law thought.Xi Jinping's rule of law thought is the combination of predecessor's outstanding theoretical fruits and the current actuality.Its profound theoretical background is formed by the rule of law thoughts of Marx,Engels,Lenin and all previous CPC leaderships,the traditional rule of law of Confucianism and legalism in ancient China,and the general rule of law thoughts western countries;however,the current rule of law status of domestic political and economic life and the rule of law requirement by international globalization trend have been the realistic background for the formation and development of Xi Jinping's rule of law thought.Under the dual catalyst of theory and reality,Xi Jinping's rule of law thought originated before his tenure of office in the Party Central Committee,and each post in each place of Zhengding County of Heibei Province,Fujian and Zhejiang all provided the realistic power for the development and accumulation of Xi Jinping's rule of law thought.Till his tenure of General Secretary of Chinese Communist Party,the thought of "governing the province by law" rose to "governing the country by law ",marking the formation and further deepening development of Xi Jinping's rule of law thought.From a macro point of view,Xi Jinping's rule of law thoughts have five aspects: first,stick to the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the rule of law,that is to uphold the Party's leadership,people-oriented,morality and law combined;second,in terms of legislation,Xi Jinping General Secretary stressed the need to highlight the constitutional status,improve the quality of legislation and ensure comprehensive legislation to further improve the existing legal system,the legislation only solve the problem,in order to achieve good law and good governance;the third is in law enforcement,the vitality of the law is implemented,the general secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to law enforcement aspects,and stressed the need to strengthen the check and supervision of law enforcement,the power will truly caged systems;the fourth is justice,deepening judicial reform,improve the judicial style,full independent judicial oversight functions,trying to make the people in each case have felt a judicial fairness and justice;the fifth,law-abiding aspect,the emphasis onstrengthening education for the rule of law,while highlighting the leading cadres "critical few" role,should focus on strengthening leading cadres law education.The formation and development of General Secretary Xi Jinping's rule of law thoughts great enrich and supplement socialist rule of law theory with Chinese characteristics and governance thoughts in the new period.And revealing distinct characteristics of attaching importance to pragmatic practice,emphasizing on cultural inheritance and innovation,advocating the interactive development and paying attention to bottom line thinking.Meanwhile,As the scientific ideological system guiding national rule of law construction,the rule of law thought of President Xi Jinping indicates the practice direction of China's rule of law,promotes the governance of national modernization development and the construction of socialist core values,guides the national anti-corruption work orderly and create a good atmosphere of the rule of law in the whole society.
