| The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)clearly set the goal of building a modern socialist country in a comprehensive manner and placed the construction of the rule of law in a strategic position,emphasizing that the rule of law serves the development of the Party and the state.The Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has created Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law in the great practice of leading a comprehensive rule of law and building a rule of law China,which highlights the people as the center and the people’s nature as its fundamental political position.In this context,it is particularly important to study the people’s nature of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law based on the position and viewpoint of Marxist rule of law theory.This study uses the literature research method,the comprehensive analysis method and the theory and practice method to conduct an overall study of the people’s nature of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.First,in the introduction,the background of the study of the people’s nature of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is explained,and the current situation of domestic and foreign research is generally reviewed;second,the concept of the people’s nature of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and its theoretical basis are comprehensively explained,and the people’s nature of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is explained from three aspects: rule of law,Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,and people’s nature.The theoretical basis of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is elaborated in three aspects: the people’s nature in the rule of law thought of classic Marxist writers,the people’s nature in the rule of law thought of successive leaders of the Party and the people-oriented concept in the excellent traditional legal culture of ancient China.Then,the path of practicing the people’s ideology of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is studied,and how the people’s ideology of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is implemented in the process of rule of law practice is elaborated from three perspectives: adhering to the leadership of the Party in comprehensively following the rule of law,building a people-centered rule of law system,and practicing the people’s ideology in all aspects of rule of law construction. |
