The 20 th National Congress of the CPC noted to build a country under the rule of law and provide a solid legal guarantee for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Among them,the construction of rule of law culture is of great significance for strengthening the consciousness of rule of law and the spirit of contract,enhancing the mindset and concept of rule of law,and cultivating the attainment of rule of law,so as to construct a strong socialist culture and a strong socialist rule of law.How to penetrate the significant function of the construction of socialist rule of law culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era? What are the demands and objectives of the construction of socialist rule of law culture in the new era? How to promote the potent path of construction of socialist rule of law culture in the new er from the innovative perspective?On account of their key role in the construction of socialist rule of law culture in the new era,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on these issues.The dissertation systematically teases out the current research status of the academic circle,through applying the basic research methods of Marxism,and adhering to the systematic concept,analyzes the existing problems and their root causes in the construction of the current rule of law culture,and makes an overall framework for the construction of socialist rule of law culture in the new era from the guiding ideology,working principles,overall tasks,specific goals,implementation paths and other
