Since its birth in 1921,the Communist Party of China has been baptized for over one hundred years.The history of the Communist Party of China formed during this period is a record of the party’s unity and leadership of the people of all ethnic groups in the country,under the guidance of the scientific and advanced Marxist Sinicization theory,A glorious course of practical exploration and great achievements in the great cause of revolution,construction,reform and opening up."Take history as a mirror to know the rise and fall",the history of the Communist Party of China is a vivid and flexible textbook for educating people,and it contains the experience and lessons of governing the country,the red gene of governing the party and the army,the finest traditional style,and the great achievements of heroes and martyrs.Such rich spiritual nourishment is of great significance to the self-construction of the Communist Party of China and the continuous advancement of the socialist cause.The effectiveness of Party building is closely connected with the activities of Party history education,which directly reflect the educational effectiveness of Party history.The contents of party history education include the cultivation of party members’ political consciousness,the training of party spirit,the firmness of ideals and beliefs,and the improvement of working ability.It also includes the construction of the governing ability of party members as a whole,the shaping of party image,the consolidation of ruling foundation,the maintenance of advanced purity and so on.The main body includes four chapters.Firstly,it defines the related concepts of the educational effectiveness of party history for Party members and cadres of the Communist Party of China.This paper points out the relevance between the educational effectiveness of party history for Party members and cadres of the Communist Party of China and the development of political parties,as well as the importance of improving the effectiveness.Secondly,it reviews the party history education of Party members and cadres of the Communist Party of China in the four historical periods.This paper summarizes and analyzes the development,achievements and existing problems of the party history education of Party members and cadres of the Communist Party of China in each period.Thirdly,according to the historical review of the second part,calmly think about the influencing factors,historical reflection and practical demands of the effectiveness of party history education for Party members and cadres of the Communist Party of China.The purpose of this is to cater to the development of the times and improve the educational effectiveness of Party history for Party members and cadres of the Communist Party of China.Finally,the article points out that improving the educational effectiveness of Party history for Party members and cadres of the Communist Party of China in the new era should be carried out on the basis of following the basic principles of making the past serve the present,seeking truth from facts,theoretical innovation and teaching students according to their aptitude.And this also needs to start with the main position,means and content of education,and establish and improve the rules and regulations and specific contents of party history education for Party members and cadres of the Communist Party of China.In addition,it should be supplemented from the perspective of the detection and evaluation of the educational effectiveness of Party history,the practical transformation of achievements and the mechanism transformation of system,so as to further improve the strategy of improving the educational effectiveness of Party history for Party members and cadres of the Communist Party of China.
